Information you provide
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address and message. Do not send passwords, confidential client data, or sensitive system information.
Website usage
The current site includes first-party analytics hooks that create non-identifying page and tool events in temporary browser memory. No analytics provider currently receives those events, no analytics cookie is set, and tool answers are not transmitted to StackFitIQ. If collection is enabled later, this policy will be updated first. We do not operate behavioural advertising.
Software Finder information
The Software Finder processes answers in the browser without requiring an account or transmitting the questionnaire to StackFitIQ. This policy will be updated before any materially different collection occurs.
CRM Trial Decision Kit storage
The Trial Decision Kit stores the decision name, finalists, requirements, ratings, plan and cost inputs, and notes in your browser's local storage so the scorecard survives a reload. StackFitIQ does not receive this information. Use the scorecard's “Reset scorecard” button or clear site data in your browser to remove it. Download a report first if you want to keep a copy.
