Browser-local CRM scorecard

Make the CRM decision from evidence—not demo impressions.

Test two or three finalists with the same real workflow. Record what passed, what needed a workaround, what failed, and what the first year could cost. Your entries stay in this browser.

01

Use the same test

Every finalist completes identical tasks and your own must-have requirements, so polished demos cannot change the criteria.

02

Expose incomplete evidence

Untested items reduce decision readiness. Essential failures and partial results remain visible instead of disappearing inside an average score.

03

Keep a decision record

Download a standalone HTML report containing the results, costs, notes, assumptions, and next checks for your team.

1Name the decision and finalists

Use the Software Finder first if you do not yet have two finalists.

2Add your must-have requirements

These are evaluated beside the standard workflow. Essential failures and material partial results prevent decision readiness.

3Run the same trial in every finalist

Pass means the task worked on the intended plan without an unacceptable workaround. Partial means it worked with a material limitation.

4Record effort and first-year costs

Record the exact plan tested, keep currencies separate, and replace the reference subscription estimate with the figures your team or vendor supplied. StackFitIQ does not invent implementation quotes.

5Capture the final decision context

No account is required. Trial entries are stored in local browser storage and are not submitted to StackFitIQ.

Standard trial protocol

Seven tasks every finalist should complete

1. Import representative data

Import a clean sample of contacts and organisations, then check fields, ownership and duplicates.

2. Run the real sales pipeline

Create an opportunity and move it through the stages your team actually uses.

3. Connect email and calendar

Verify capture, visibility, ownership, scheduling and offboarding behaviour.

4. Build one required automation

Configure a real trigger, condition and action on the plan you expect to buy.

5. Reproduce the weekly report

Build the pipeline, activity or conversion view used in a real management meeting.

6. Complete a won-deal handoff

Move a won opportunity into delivery with the right owner, context and next action.

7. Export the test records

Confirm the team can retrieve its records, fields and activities in a usable format.

How to interpret the report

A higher workflow score is useful only when the test is complete and essential requirements pass without material limitations. An essential partial result remains unresolved until the requirement is met or deliberately redefined. Compare implementation effort, first-year cost, team adoption and exit risk separately.
